Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Suzy Shier Gift Card

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or Interac®.  For payments by credit card, your billing address must exactly match your name, address, postal code and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement.  This information is used as part of the validation process of your credit card.

Please note that shipping addresses must be valid Canadian addresses.

To pay with your Suzy Shier gift card, you must first activate your card to obtain a PIN.  You can activate your card here.  Follow the instructions to enter your valid gift card number.  You will receive an email promptly with a link to your new PIN number.  Please use this PIN number to check the balance of your gift card or to use your gift card online for payment. Please note: as a security measure, you will be asked to sign in to your account or create a new account to activate a gift card.

To redeem your gift card online, just shop and check out as you normally would.  During check out you can then enter your gift card number on the payment page, along with the 4-digit PIN you were supplied upon activation.  Indicate the amount that should be redeemed from your gift card and click “submit order”.

If your order is greater than the card balance, you will need to make additional payment with a credit card.  If your purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, you can apply your balance of your gift card towards your next purchase.

TAXES
Sales tax will be charged for all online purchase, same as we do in our stores.  If there is no Suzy Shier store in your province or territory, only GST will be charged.  Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Suzy Shier is very proud to offer our customers a fully secure shopping environment.  Suzyshier.com is a “Verisign Secured” site, meaning all credit card information and other confidential information is encrypted using SSL technology.  Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase.
